My sister and her three year old were at our house the other day.  We had some helium balloons left over from a previous birthday.  My nephew was running around the room with the balloon saying “Look Mommy I’m flying the balloon” (kind of like flying a kite).  All of a sudden he stopped and looked up at the balloon that was touching the ceiling and asked, “Mommy why is the balloon touching the ceiling?”  My sister tried to explain the idea of helium to him.  Then he looked at the balloon again and commanded, “Come down!!  Come down!!”

One evening when we were eating dinner my two year old daughter had something to say so I told her she had the floor.  A few moments later she said, “Mom I have to eat my spaghetti, will you hold the floor for me?”

When my daughter wanted the door open she exclaimed, "Open door, sesame street!"

My daughter spent a happy day blowing bubbles outside. The outside of the bottle and her hands got gooey with bubble stuff. She came up to me and said, "Oooo, germs! Wash hands!"

One Sunday morning our daughter woke up with a black eye. Dad jokingly taught her a response to the question everyone was likely to ask--"What happened to your eye, Bonnie?" He taught her to say, "You should see the other guy!" We had a good time teaching her. Well, after a full day of church and people asking it and all, Bonnie was getting tired, ready for bed. She laid down on the couch and when she got up I noticed she had a white adhesive thing on her eye (the other eye). I said "Bonnie, what's that on your eye?" She grinned, she knew what to say, "You should see the other guy." We all exploded with laughter.

Baby Quotes
It would seem that something which means poverty, disorder and violence every single day should be avoided entirely, but the desire to beget children is a natural urge.
